How to reach  

Ek Chidiya is located in village Nathuakhan, in the fruit bowl of Kumaon in Uttarakhand.

You can reach here through any of the following ways:

Drive down: It is a 7-hour non-stop drive from New Delhi. You drive through Hapur bypass, Moradabad, Rampur, Rudrapur, Haldwani, Kathgodam, Nainital, Bhowali, and Ramgarh. Click here to take a print-out of the detailed driving instructions.

Take a bus: You can take one of the many private and government buses that ply to Nainital (about 45 km from Ek Chidiya) or Haldwani (about 60 km from Ek Chidiya). We can arrange a pick-up vehicle, which will meet you there and bring you to the cottage. (Charges for the pick-up will depend upon the kind of vehicle. Please contact us for details.)

Take a train: The nearest railway station is at Kathgodam, which is connected to Delhi by the direct overnight train, Ranikhet Express. Ek Chidiya is located about 60 km, or two-and-a-half hour drive, from Kathgodam. We can arrange a vehicle to meet you at the railway station and bring you to Ek Chidiya.
